Southern Cross Repairs is seeking a skilled Semi trailer mechanic to join our team in Dry Creek ,South Australia. this is a full -time role where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer fleets of semi trailers, ensuring they are in peak working condition.
Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on semi trailers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical , electrical and structural issues.
Perform repairs and replacement of components such as Brakes, suspension , axles and lighting systems.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations.
Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
Education:
Certificate I - IV (Required)
Licence/Certification:
certificate in heavy vehicle tecnology (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Required)
Forklift Licence (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
