About Us
The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
About the role
Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
Know the hotel products & facilities and upsell at every opportunity.
Ensure an accurate and complete guest history exists for all return guests and that details of arrivals are communicated to all departments.
Promptly answering all incoming calls, emails and website enquiries for reservations and ensuring accurate details are recorded.
Liaising with internal departments in a proactive manner to ensure group and guest requirements for specific bookings are met.
About You
Excellence in customer service & phone etiquette
A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Knowledge of Opera and Third-Party Agents is preferred, however, not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent grooming and presentation.
The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
Reservations experience is not necessary; those new to the industry are welcome to apply.
