A Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently. They monitor production lines, inspect finished goods, maintain equipment, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Assemble, package, or process products accurately and efficiently.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
Perform routine machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Record production data, machine performance, and inventory information.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S or similar workplace standards.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve production efficiency.




Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products as required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is an advantage).
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not always required.
Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed work instructions.
Positive attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures is an advantage.
