The Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator. This role acts as the primary point of contact between the warehouse and the sales/customer service team.
The position will start on a casual basis, with the chance to transition to full time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Warehouse
Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
Create freight and shipping labels for outgoing orders
Check and verify orders prior to dispatch
Operate a forklift safely and in accordance with the employee's forklift licence, where applicable
Support general warehouse operations and dispatch duties as required
Sales & Customer Service Support
Act as the primary contact for the sales/customer service team regarding order status enquiries
Print "Ready" orders for warehouse allocation
Assist in maintaining accurate customer order and dispatch records
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
Understanding of freight companies and warehouse dispatch processes
Forklift licence highly regarded, but not essential
Pay: From $32.00 per hour
