Job Description:

• BA experience (requirement elicitation, gap analysis, requirement prioritization) - minimum 8
years
Experience with Agile ways of

working
 Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing helpful
reports.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and

management.
Familiar with JIRA and Confluence
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Proven presentation and communication skills
Can translate ambiguous business ideas into transparent technical requirements
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable

solutions
Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving to think outside of the box, make

improvements and suggest change.

Process Modelling experience preferably in Signavio
Understanding in Billing and collection operation processes (highly desirable).
