We're Feedwell, one of Sydney's busiest fresh food catering businesses. We deliver thousands of fresh sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, and catering orders to companies like Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton.

This isn't a fast-paced restaurant pass or high-pressure service kitchen. It's steady, process-driven production work with clear expectations and a supportive team.

What you'll do
Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning)
Follow easy recipe cards to build salads, fruit pots, wraps, sandwiches, sliders
Assemble items with care and consistency
Keep your workstation clean, organised and stocked
Work through production list in calm, methodical manner
Support your team to ensure orders are completed on time

Is happy to follow step by step recipe card and explicit instructions
Motivated, cares about doing right things and not cutting corners
Open to feedback, commitment to improvement, and team player

Who we are looking for
Experience in cooking, food preparation, or working in commercial kitchens
Knife skills
Ability to work 24 hours minimum (not restricted by visa condition)
Willing to work either of the listed PM shifts with some flexibility, if required

Shift timing:
Sunday to Wednesday, 3:30PM - 9:30PM
