About the Role

As a Processing Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding your team to bring our iconic doughnuts to life - finishing, decorating, packing, and preparing them for our stores and customers. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced workplace, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in everything your team does.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you’ll support daily operations, help develop your team, and create a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed.

What are you responsible for?
Leading and supporting your team to meet daily production targets
Ensuring all doughnuts meet Krispy Kreme quality and presentation standards
Coordinating workflow and staffing to keep shifts running smoothly
Coaching, training, and developing Team Members on shift
Maintaining a protected, clean environment while upholding WHS and food safety standards
Monitoring performance,
