About Role:

We are currently seeking to fill casual role for a support worker to assist our clients. The successful applicant will have previous experience supporting people with disability or Aged and able to complement our client’s lifestyles and be able to work alongside the families and our team. The role will involve home support and supporting the client to achieve their goals. The preferable candidate should be living locally/close to Hawthorne & Calamvale suburbs where our current client needing support are located

We value team members who can combine their skills and experience in providing quality supports with their ability to work collaboratively and deliver supports that are customer focused.

Role Requirements:

Successful candidates will need to possess:
Certificate III in Disability / Aged or Individual Support




Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Blue Card/Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Screening or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
Current drivers’ license
Your own fully insured vehicle
Prior experience in a similar role
Able to undertake role requirements
Living locally near Hawthorne or in-between Calamvale & Hawthorne
