Location: Forrestfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – Midnight
Duration: 6–12 Months (38 hours per week)

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and operational demands, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our rapid-paced team at our Forrestfield depot.

This maternity leave contract offers full-time hours on a night shift roster. While prior experience is not essential, successful candidates will demonstrate strong data entry accuracy, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and confidence working with numbers. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately and efficiently entering orders into internal systems
Inputting product and customer data with a high level of precision
Ensuring all data is scanned, recorded, and processed in a timely manner
Collaborating closely with operational teams to maintain smooth workflow processes
Being adaptable with working hours, including occasional early starts (as early as 5:00 AM if required)

About You

You are organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. You will also bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications




Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Robust typing speed with a high degree of accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
A customer-focused approach with a positive, “can-do” attitude
A willingness to learn, improve processes, and contribute to team success
Flexibility to adapt your hours during peak periods or team leave coverage
