Casual Cook required.

First Friends is a long daycare centre based in Mindarie. We are a small 54 place centre that caters for children aged from 6 months to 5 years old. We are now looking for a casual cook/chef to join us on an ad hoc basis.

The role will include, but is not limited to:
Plan and prepare heathly, balanced meals that meet children's nutritional needs
Follow approved menus and accommodate special dietary requirements, allergies and cultural preferences
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation in accordance with relevant regulations
Store, label and rotate food supplies using secure food handling practices
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and food preparation areas
Keep accurate records of food temperatures, cleaning schedules and allergy management
Ensure the kitchen remains organised, secure and compliant with workplace health and safety requirement

You should hold a relevant qualification and be a real team player.

Pay: $28.81 – $32.47 per hour
