Haven by ICONSMAT provides high-quality co-living accommodation with a strong focus on cleanliness, comfort, and respectful shared living. We are seeking a reliable and organised Property Manager to help maintain our high standards while delivering an excellent experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine room and property inspections.
Meet prospective tenants and conduct room viewings.
Receive and assess rental applications.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the property and common areas.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when required.
Build positive relationships with tenants and respond to general enquiries.
Ensure the property is maintained to Haven by ICONSMAT's standards.
What We're Looking For
Must live locally in or near Liverpool, NSW, as the role requires regular visits to the property and prompt response when needed.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport are preferred.
Remuneration
Contract position with flexible working hours.
Ongoing retainer of up to $200 per week, subject to agreed responsibilities and performance.
$200 bonus for each successful tenancy signed.
