We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and possess excellent leadership skills. As a Site Supervisor, you will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate and schedule work activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, and report progress to project managers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings and training as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.





Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.
