The hospitality precinct has become one of The City's favourite meeting places presenting a variety of food and beverage offerings to include; Post, Wildflower, Petition Beer Corner, Petition Kitchen, Petition Wine Merchant and Long Chim.

The Prospect

Petition is seeking an exceptional Trade Waiter to join the front-of-house team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Setting and arranging tables
Taking reservations, greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
Recommending dishes and beverages to complement food
Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
Serving food and beverages
Opening bottles and pouring beverages including mixing liquor and assisting in the cellar
Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to the kitchen
Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses




Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers.
Follows health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and hygienic work environment

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have:
Demonstrated experience in a high-end hospitality venue
A passion for delivering outstanding, memorable service
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
A valid RSA certificate

There is one (1) position available for this position at a salary of $79,499 P.A.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $79,499.00 per year
