FULL-TIME CAFÉ MANAGER / ALL-ROUNDER WANTED – DULWICH HILL

Dully Grind is looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Café Manager / All-Rounder to join our team in Dulwich Hill.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a busy café setting and can take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the café. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, friendly and able to lead the team while also helping out wherever needed.

The role includes:



Managing daily café operations Leading and supporting staff Providing excellent customer service Taking orders and handling the POS system Preparing and serving food and drinks when required Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards Assisting with stock management and ordering Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues Ensuring the café runs efficiently throughout the day

Previous café or hospitality experience is essential, with management or supervisory experience highly preferred.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, confident and takes pride in creating a outstanding experience for both customers and staff.

This is a full-time position at Dully Grind in Dulwich Hill.
