We are on the hunt for superstar Duty Manager at our north lakes store .
The Duty Managers report to the Cafe Managers to support in running the cafe. With passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, you’ll be responsible for:
Supervising and providing feedback to a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products
Providing direction on tasks and helping to motivate the team to reach their highest potential
Supporting the Managers with store operations and standards
Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $50,000.00 – $134,238.86 per year
