Cafe Supervisor – XS Espresso

XS Espresso is seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a café or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
Full-time availability, including weekends
Valid working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service
Support and guide team members during shifts
Maintain high standards of food, coffee,



and customer service
Assist with training, rostering, and opening/closing procedures
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
