About the Roles
Laser Technician
Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments in line with clinic protocols
Conduct personalised consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
Maintain exceptional standards of client care and treatment outcomes
Work efficiently within a structured booking system
Receptionist
Provide a warm,
skilled first impression for all clients
Manage bookings, enquiries, and daily clinic flow
Support the team with coordination and operational tasks
Maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation
What We’re Looking For
Open QLD Laser Licence (essential for Laser Technician role)
Diploma in Beauty Therapy (highly regarded)
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine passion for client care
Experience with medical-grade devices is advantageous
