We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our welcoming team at our beautiful boutique 40-place centre in Randwick, located just moments from the stunning Centennial Park.

This is an exciting chance to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the Role

As a Trainee Educator you will:
Learn alongside experienced and passionate educators.
Support children's learning through play-based experiences.
Build positive relationships with children and families.
Assist with daily routines and care practices.
Contribute to creating engaging and inviting learning settings.
Develop your knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.




Complete your Certificate III while working in a supportive workplace.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who:
Has a genuine passion for working with children.
Is reliable, positive and eager to learn.
Enjoys working as part of a team.
Has excellent communication skills.
Brings a caring, respectful and professional attitude every day.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check.

No previous childcare experience is necessary—we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
