Roll Maker (Flexible Roster)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant, with a focus on sushi roll preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop skills in a busy commercial kitchen environment.

About the Role:
Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sushi rolls to our quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
Assist the kitchen team with general prep and service tasks.
Follow food safety procedures and venue policies.

What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Must currently reside in Perth, Western Australia
