As our new Store Manager

You will coach, develop and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that create a true “wow” moment — while bringing your passion for home styling to life.

What you’ll do
Inspire, coach and develop your team, building strong succession plans
Lead from the floor, setting the standard for customer service and styling
Drive store performance,

Analyse performance and implement actions to improve results
Lead stock management and reporting to optimise outcomes
