Experienced Carpenter required for progressive Commercial Building Company in Brisbane.
Ideal person will have all their own tools & be interested in progressing to site management/Supervision in time and with company training & assistance
General Duties
Ensure worksite is organized and free of clutter, rubble and garbage and kept clean.
Ensure you and any subcontractors comply with the site rules & safety statements and have SWMS for their trade where applicable
Construct on site Sheeting, formwork, door frames, roofing etc true level and plumb in accordance with the BCA and Australian standards
Fit off any items considered carpentry to positive quality standards
Must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company’s safety plan and zero harm principles.
Keep daily records of work that takes place
Programme & plan the tasks for upcoming works on your project(s)
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $116,439.71 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
