Mickey's Cafe is a community loved, dog-friendly café in Hamilton, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Cafe All Rounder to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys providing outstanding customer service, takes pride in making quality coffee, and is eager to learn. At Mickey's, everyone works together, supports one another, and helps wherever needed. About the Role
3–4 shifts per week
Early morning starts from 5:00am
Early finishes
Hamilton location
Prospect to work across multiple cafés within easy walking distance
Supportive team workplace with opportunities to learn and grow

What We're Looking For




Previous barista experience is essential – you must be confident making quality espresso coffee.
A positive, reliable attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to learn basic kitchen duties, including preparing items from our breakfast and lunch menu.
Someone who works well within a team and enjoys helping others.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when required.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Pay: $30.50 – $41.86 per hour
