Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to established standards
Interact professionally with guests and respond to their requests promptly
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to appropriate personnel
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Solid customer service and communication skills
Basic English required,
conversational English essential for guest interaction
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Morning shift availability required
Knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage
