We deliver a diverse portfolio ranging from custom residential homes to large-scale urban developments. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to support our continued growth.

The Role

You will support the planning, design, documentation, and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects. Working alongside our design, pre-construction, and construction teams, you will coordinate technical drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
Integrate structural, civil, and consultant documentation, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
Assist with the preparation of documentation for planning and building approvals.
Identify design inconsistencies and maintain accurate drawing registers and revision records.




Liaise with project managers, estimators, and external consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain design standards.

Skills and Experience
Degree in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or Architecture.
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in residential construction or property development.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.
Strong organizational, communication, and document control skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
