The role

Design and execute leasing and sales strategies from end to end
Facilitate negotiations to deliver strong outcomes for clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities across owners, developers and occupiers
Build and leverage market intelligence to drive recent opportunities
About you

Established property sales/leasing experience, or coming from an aligned industry-we're open
Transferrable experience within the industrial & logistics sector
Experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles
Strong communicator-confident in writing and in the room
A team player who values high performance, brings energy and a client-first mindset
