Lagotto is on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie, with experience in hatted restaurants or in similar environments

We pride ourselves on working with high quality ingredients, supplied by some of Melbourne's best suppliers. We are very process driven, with a focus on pasta making, fermentation and butchery along with many other skills. About the role: This is an amazing prospect for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie at Lagotto, you will be respsonsible for your own section, ordering, stock & quality control,



presentation of dishes as well as the supervisory of more junior team members. You will be working alongside a team of passionate and experienced chefs, and will be able to play a key role in the development of menus and processes.

The ideal candidate should have:
2 years experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a similar restaurant
A positive, respectful attitude
Effective communication and delegation skills
A desire to progress
Solid work ethic and passion for exceptional food

The salary for this role is between $68,000 - $80,000

Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
