Follow Baskin-Robbins training and systems
Maintain a culture where our guests are our priority
Ensure all guests receive friendly and efficient service
Develop strong relationships with all team members
Ensure each shift is run as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Ensure food protected practices are always followed.
