We are advertising for the role of a Arboricultural team leader that is responsible for supervising and leading field crews in the safe, productive, and professional delivery of arboriculture services. This role combines hands-on tree work with leadership, planning, client interaction, and robust safety oversight. We expect from a TL to motivate, inspire and develop all other members of staff and for yourself to have the same support from the company. In terms of day to day we expect the following :

Perform advanced arboricultural work including climbing, rigging, pruning, removals, and equipment operation.
Plan job workflows, traffic management, and site setups.
Ensure compliance with work orders, scope requirements, and client expectations.
Maintain high quality standards in all tree care operations.
Motivate and keep an upbeat positive workforce.
Conduct final checks inspections prior to leaving for work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
