We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team and support daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting a wide variety of café-style dishes while maintaining high food safety standards and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Duties include:

· Prepare and cook a range of café menu items including breakfast dishes, sandwiches, salads and hot meals

· Prepare ingredients including vegetables, proteins,



sauces and condiments for daily kitchen operations

· Use a variety of cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, sautéing, baking and boiling

· Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control across all dishes

· Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage and rotation of kitchen ingredients

· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness in accordance with HACCP requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
