Position: Casual Support Worker
Care Tribe Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our growing team in Dubbo, NSW.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Personal care assistance
Domestic assistance
Social support and community access
Meal preparation
Transport to appointments and community activities
Medication prompting (where applicable)
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) – preferred
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Working rights in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, reliable, and skilled attitude
