About the Role:
As an experienced Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, with full autonomy and strong team support behind you.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing rent arrears professionally and efficiently
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with accuracy and care
Conducting routine and outgoing property inspections
Screening applications and managing open inspections
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants




Attending tribunal hearings when required

What You'll Bring:
A current Property Management Licence (essential)
Experience managing a residential property portfolio
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Strong administrative and computer skills (PropertyTree experience is a bonus)
A current SA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Great time management, attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work
