We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our busy and growing team specialising in architectural aluminium and steel finishes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and understands the importance of preparation, consistency and finish quality.

About the Role
Powder coating architectural aluminium & steel
Preparing materials for coating including masking and hanging
Quality checking finished products
Assisting with sandblasting and factory operations where required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working to production schedules and deadlines

Requirements
Previous powder coating experience essential
Strong attention to detail and finish quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, motivated and able to work unsupervised




Forklift licence highly regarded
Experience with architectural finishes highly regarded
