Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. In this role, you will lead the kitchen in delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes while ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled culinary professional with a love for bold flavors and team leadership.

Key Responsibility
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a team-oriented and high-performing team.
Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier orders to ensure smooth operations.




Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards while maintaining a well-organized kitchen.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant.
Strong knowledge of up-to-date cooking techniques, flavor balancing, and food presentation.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a relevant culinary qualification.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.
