About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Dural/Kenthurst area to support a 59 year-old Paraplegic male with a brain injury who needs care in order to live independently within the family home.

Duties include but not limited to:
- - Medication administration
Use of mobility equipment
Light Domestic assistance
Meal preparation and Community participation
Assistance with Personal Care Tasks
Assistance with Therapy Tasks
Bowel and Catheter Care (Full training provided)

You will be supported by qualified healthcare specialists and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need:
- Current references
Mobile phone
Current driver's license and your own car
NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)




Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Paid (mandatory))
Cert III or equivalent (mandatory)

Days/Hours:

Various hours available
Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 12pm
Fridays 8am to 5pm
