Join the team at Bondi Trattoria. We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join us. We're small, and while we're not formal, we're at the top end of the market and we're looking for a service oriented, experienced skilled.
The role will be mostly running a section and serving a mix of locals, tourists and VIPs. You'll also carry out the following:
lock up of the venue
set up before shifts
cash up procedures at the end of each shift
training current staff
bartending, including cocktail making, coffee and general dispense
We are open for both lunch and dinner, seven days a week, with weekends being our busiest trading periods. We understand that work needs to fit around life, and we're happy to work with our team to accommodate reasonable shift swaps and time-off requests wherever possible.
As a senior member of the team, however, you'll also be expected to be available for our key trading periods and lead from the front during our busiest services.
You need to be able to get to Bondi Beach to work, and you need full working rights, this is not a sponsored positon and we're seeking someone long term.
Pay: $58,532.84 – $88,179.18 per year
