Key Responsibilities & Skills
Kitchen Leadership: Take full control of daily kitchen operations and lead the team.
Inventory Control: Management of ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
Food Safety:



Ensure strict compliance with food safety management and hygiene standards.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of dish presentation, flavor, and consistency.
Time Management: Excel at timely management of prep and high-pressure service.
