Male Disability Support Worker (Casual) Needed – Gold Coast - START ASAP

We are a dedicated NDIS provider looking for a compassionate, confident, and reliable Male Disability Support Worker to support a participant on the Gold Coast living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This is a casual position, with the prospect to start as early as next week.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine connections and can provide consistent, person-centred support. Our participant has a confident and assertive personality, so we're seeking someone who is comfortable with direct communication, has a valuable sense of humour, and can engage with confidence while remaining calm, respectful, and supportive.

A big part of this role involves getting out into the community, including attending the gym together, encouraging an active lifestyle, and supporting the participant to work towards their NDIS goals.

Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance and current registration
