Join the growing team at Garnet Medical as a Compression Therapy Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of clients requiring medical compression therapy. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Drummoyne, NSW.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
What you’ll be doing
Provide expert advice and fittings for medical compression stockings and garments
Educate clients on compression therapy and correct product use
Manage the end‑to‑end compression garment sales and ordering process
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers
Assist with inventory management to ensure appropriate stock levels
Support general administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
What we’re looking for
1–2+ years’ experience in a customer‑facing medical sales or consultative role
Robust understanding of compression therapy and its clinical applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and support clients
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to respond to enquiries with speed and accuracy
Qualifications in healthcare, nursing,
or a related field are highly regarded but not essential
