Key Responsibilities
Interpret and work from commercial building plans and drawings
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures (timber, steel, composites)
Complete framework, fit-outs, formwork, partitions, and general carpentry
Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site procedures
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, secure work workplace
(Leading Hand) Supervise small teams and ensure quality standards on-site
(Leading Hand) Assist in scheduling, materials planning, and job tracking
What We’re Looking For
Experience in commercial carpentry (minimum 3 years preferred)
Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans
White Card (mandatory)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Leadership experience for Leading Hand role
