We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages
Explaining menu items and making recommendations when needed
Ensuring tables are clean and well-presented at all times
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
Supporting team members to maintain a smooth workflow
Following hygiene and safety standards at all times





Requirements
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends (adaptable roster)
Valid working rights in Australia
