Permanent Part time Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Position Details

Role: Permanent Part time Support Worker
Availability: Monday – Friday, with 7:30am starts preferred
Location: Traveling across the West Tamar region, from Riverside to Greens Beach

What You’ll Do
Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
Record visit notes using our easy mobile app

What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent) for qualified roles




Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients

What You’ll Get
$34.42 - $36.23 per hour + 12% superannuation
Flexible part-time shifts between 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Travel allowance: $1.01/km + daily mobile allowance
