We’re interested in hearing from senior consultants who specialise in Geotechnical Engineering and not only bring technical excellence, but a genuine commitment to drive business development initiatives, collaboration and delivering meaningful work.

With 19 offices across Australia from major cities to regional centres, you can work closely with our national team whilst growing local capability.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years’ experience in your field, with at least 10 years working in consulting, in Australia

Chartered status (e.g. CPEng, RPGeo)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong client and project leadership capability, with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and demonstrated leadership experience

Proven ability to maintain trusted client partnerships from strategic engagement and delivering expert solutions that exceed expectations

Leverage your established networks to drive business growth and secure high-value projects

Solid technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving approach





A desire to collaborate, mentor and contribute to the continued success of the business
