We specialise in outbound nurture, database re-engagement, and appointment setting for sales-driven businesses. Our team operates from our South Yarra office and focuses on high-quality conversations, professionalism, and measurable results.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and reliable Appointment Setter to join our South Yarra office on a casual basis.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for our clients and internal sales team.

This role is 100% in-office and suited to someone who enjoys phone-based work, clear targets, and a structured sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Qualify interest and identify decision-makers
Book appointments and meetings
Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM
Follow scripts while sounding natural and skilled
Meet daily and weekly activity and booking targets

Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
Previous call centre, sales, or appointment setting experience preferred (not essential)

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 28.0 per week
