Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne.

We are currently looking for Home Care Workers to join our team to service our clients in the Inner West Suburbs of Melbourne (Altona, Laverton and surrounding areas.)

This is a casual position. Must be available between 8am - 2pm on weekdays.

Role:

You will provide quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties include:
personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
transport in your own car (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
in-home respite
providing companionship

Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability
Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Workers Screening Check
First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
CPR Certificate (within 1 year)




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Patient and compassionate nature
Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team

Willing to learn and upskill with every chance
