Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator (Full-Time)

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and experienced Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator to join our busy and growing bakery team. If you have a passion for creating beautifully decorated cakes and cupcakes, take pride in your craftsmanship, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full time position, working five days per week, with a consistent Monday to Friday roster.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Decorating cupcakes to a consistently high standard
Creating celebration cakes using a range of buttercream decorating techniques
Preparing buttercream, icings, fillings, and cake batters
Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-safe decorating workspace
Assisting with front-of-house duties, including serving customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure products are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards

About You

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in cake and cupcake decorating
Be confident in buttercream decorating techniques and finishing cakes to a professional standard




Possess a creative eye with exceptional attention to detail
Thrive in a quick-paced bakery workplace while maintaining quality and efficiency
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be reliable, punctual, and take pride in producing high-quality work
Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering outstanding service
Be capable of working independently as well as contributing positively within a team
