Join Our Aged Care Catering Team

Cater Care is seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our aged care team at our Byron Bay site on a part-time basis. This role involves working in a supportive workplace to help deliver quality meal services for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Assist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service
Restock supplies before, during, and after service periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
Set tables and assist with plating and meal distribution

Skills and Experiences:
About You
Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service




Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
Experience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service settings is desirable
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
