Gram Engineering Pty Ltd is currently seeking Office Sales Assistant to work at our busy head office in Smithfield. We are an established fencing manufacturer looking to employ a reliable, self-motivated individual who is willing to work as part of a team.
As an Office Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact for all customers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your Customer Service experience, and build on your communication skills by developing strong relationships with our clients
Duties will include but not limited to:
Customer Service
Counter and Phone Sales
Data Entry
Administration
Accounts Assistant
Money Handling
Successful Candidates need to have:
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to situations as required.
Excellent customer service skills
Valuable attention to detail
A adaptable approach whilst being both punctual and reliable.
Solid computer skills.
Job experience is not necessary.
