About the role

We are an established commercial flooring contractor delivering high-quality carpet and vinyl installations across New South Wales and Queensland. Our projects span aged care, healthcare, education, hospitality, government and NDIS - from major metro fit-outs to regional builds.

With a robust and growing pipeline of commercial work, we're expanding our trusted network of subcontract layers. We run well-organised jobs, use quality materials, and - importantly - pay our crews properly and on time.

The work
Commercial broadloom carpet, carpet tiles, sheet vinyl, safety vinyl and vinyl plank
Commercial sites across Sydney, with regional and interstate work available for those who want it
Consistent, repeat work - long-term relationships, not one-off jobs
Jobs run to commercial standards, timelines and site requirements

About you
Experienced carpet and/or vinyl layer with your own ABN, tools and reliable transport
Able to read plans and deliver a clean, quality commercial finish




Current White Card (Construction Induction) and any relevant tickets or licences
Reliable, professional and take genuine pride in your work

Newer to the trade? We're also happy to hear from apprentices and improvers keen to build commercial experience alongside our experienced installers.

Pay: $28.00 – $72.00 per hour
