We're looking for passionate Front of House Restaurant All Rounders to join our team at Lu Mare.

About the Role

This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing hours for the right candidate. We're looking for well-rounded hospitality professionals who are confident working across both the floor and the bar.

We're also open to applications from experienced wait staff or bartenders who are looking to join a supportive and professional team.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment
Cocktail making experience preferred
Strong food and beverage knowledge, with Italian food and wine knowledge highly regarded
Confident providing table service and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid paced environment
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Current RSA (essential)
