The Role:
Manage a commercial property portfolio with support from senior team members
Be the main point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day matters
Handle lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirements
Manage rental collections, outgoings, and arrears control




Assist with budgeting and financial reporting processes
Coordinate maintenance, invoices, and contractor works
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years’ experience in Residential Property Management
Ready to transition into commercial property
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
Robust organisation and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
